We invite you to arrive 5 minutes before 9:30 AM as we will start promptly at 9:30AM . A minimum of 8 members must register for the session to proceed. Apologies for the last-minute booking, but my schedule is fully booked until the end of November, and this is the only time that aligns with the studio's availability.
